John Anderson Celebrity Golf Invitational
The Second Annual John Anderson Celebrity Golf Invitational (July 10th-11th) was a huge success! Thank you to everyone who supported and participated in the events.
On Sunday evening the community and celebrity golfers gathered at Shiloh Bar and Grill in Downtown Columbia for the kickoff event which also included a school supply drive for Joplin students and teachers and the golf invitational started Monday morning with some fantastic community and celebrity golfers.
At the end of the event The Food Bank for Central and Northeast Missouri was awarded a check for $20,000 for the Buddy Pack Program, Columbia Public School received a check for $20,000 for math and science programs, and Joplin Schools will be given a check in person July 12th for $22,000 in addition to a truck load of school supplies!
